Here's hoping someone knows the codes or where to find them. While all OBD-II compliant vehicles supply a standard set of data that ScanGauge can read, some makes and models of vehicles can supply additional information beyond the standard set of data. It isn't as if the parameters are not available to view as I can see them via the EcuTek kit and the laptop, my train of thought is simply that if these are visible via the EcuTek kit then they must be available to view on the ScanGauge, it's a matter of sourcing the correct inputs to the TXD RXF RXD MTH and a giving the gauge a name of choice. My problem is finding the codes to input to get the custom gauges, I tried a number of codes from various forums but it simply doesn't register when the gauge is set up. The issue I am having is programming the X- gauges I want to see, in particular AF ration and knock would be very useful to monitor. After you get the fault codes there is another tool called a fault code analyzer that lets you input all of your specific codes. I thought it would be good to have a thread which specifically lists codes which people have found to work. You fill in the SPN and FMI numbers that ScanGauge D gives you and it returns the Cummins fault code plus an explanation of what the code is about. I recently purchased a scangauge to monitor fuel use as my gauge no longer works, and thought it would also be useful for trans temp etc.
